Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed via App Store or Stripe/RevenueCat where applicable. Charges are non‑refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Consul to violate laws, harm others, or to exfiltrate data. Reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, or automated scraping of proprietary services is prohibited.
Data & Privacy
Processing occurs on‑device. We do not train models on your data. See Privacy for full details.
Warranties & Liability
Consul is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may uninstall the app at any time; local indexes and keys are purged on uninstall.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law unless superseded by local consumer protections.
